We come every summer to La Jolla and always bring a few pairs of shoes to get fixed here. The owner is a hard worker and super nice. He'll do a great job for you. Always has for us!
I have been taking my shoes to this humble and understated shoe repair business for the past ten years. Every time, the repair is impeccably done, reasonably priced, and always far above my expectations. Countless times, my heels have been repaired after I have worn the rubber down or have scraped the leather or suedes up. Even shoes that I have thought un-repairable, he has fixed (or given me good advice on :)) This establishment is a hidden gem!
Excellent job in fixing boots and even handbags! He was really nice and friendly about discussing the price and date, and even listened to my request that I needed my belongings asap. It's a small shop in a corner but worth being a regular!
