Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Caring, enthusiastic, incredibly engaging and helpful. My baby didn't have any anxiety at all and she is spoiled rotten!!! Clean atmosphere too, did not smell like a grooming business whatsoever !! I can't brag enough about their operations. Thank you for genuinely caring!! I will definitely be back! While visiting La Jolla our 12 year old golden became in desperate need of a grooming. All I can say is WOW! It takes a lot to impress me and even more for me to leave a review. Garrett and Brenda took care of all the planning. Our dog is dog aggressive. Brenda was kind enough to set up a time that he could come and be alone in their shop. Garrett took care of our guy like no one else ever has. Not only did he receive the best grooming of his life but he was treated with such care and kindness. We jokingly said that we would drive the 5 hours each month to bring him back, it was just that good. We will be back when visiting next time. After calling several groomers in the area, I was happy to be informed that La Jolla Grooming Company accepts cats for grooming services as other groomers did not. The process to schedule the appointment was easy, and when I picked up my cat, I couldn't help but notice how fresh and clean she smelled. Whatever shampoo they use smells amazing and I loved her trim. I was nervous as this was my first time taking her to a groomer, but they did an excellent job and Mia was happy! I wish her buttocks area would've been cleaned more thoroughly as I did notice some residue on her. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend this company!
