Came in for a blow out and had a wonderful experience. The establishment is very clean and cute. The staff were all so friendly. They were getting very busy as it was a Friday, but I noticed they were still so kind to everyone who walked in. They did a great job with my hair. I have very thick hair and there is a lot of it. I end up disappointed as I have a hard time finding someone who can do my hair well in San Diego. Trust me I have tried so many different places with the "master stylist". I usually end up going to LA or OC to get it done. The woman who was doing my hair I could tell knew what to do right away. She was using a round brush the correct way and was emitting the proper amount of pressure/force to tame my mane. I went in looking like Mufasa and came out with shiny smooth hair. It is still looking great a few days later! I am so happy. Also the prices are so reasonable. I will definitely be returning for regular blow outs.
The vibe in the salon was so peaceful and relaxing and the staff was very nice! I usually don't have this service completed here, but they cleaned up my brows and lip perfectly, I'll be back in the future!
The lady who threaded my eyebrows was very nice and reassuring! I've been the most satisfied with her doing my eyebrows because they look amazing. I will be coming back! Usually other threading places thin my ends out but she took her time and found my shape. She also threaded my eyebrows with patience so it didn't hurt as bad.
