GDC was willing to take on two projects for me that turned out BEAUTIFULLY. One was a sagging deck, which was repaired so well that no one could tell where the repair was made. The other work involved saving a wood garage door that no one else was willing to tackle with a repair. Everyone else threw their hands in the air and said “you need a new door”. Savings of about $5000 with the repair option 👍🏼

GDC Construction company is a far superior group then any other construction company in Southern California. That is why I CHOSE them. From the first meeting you could tell this was going to be outstanding project. My house was remodeled 10 yrs ago. Today people are still fascinated by the classical lines and architectural highlights and devoted sense of integrity that GDC always brings to the table. A month ago I had a problem with one of the beautiful decks they built for me. I called Pancho Dewy. It was ten years ago it was built and they gave me a visit and fixed the problem. My family completed a large remodel on our home in La Jolla a few years back with GDC. We had shopped around for months interviewing different contractors in the area and GDC was by far the most professional. Pancho and his team attended to our questions promptly, the overall customer service was what we were looking for, and their dedication to detail and quality was very impressive. The project ended up being completed on time even though there were a few unexpected delays with old plumbing that needed replacing.
