It was extremely refreshing to meet and become educated in flooring details with Tom, our CFD sales person who knows more, by far, than any other sales person we had spoken with before meeting him. The installation crew and Ray (CFD owner) worked very closely with us to resolve one or two issues that appeared during the demolition phase of the project. Ray was extremely responsive and motivated to make sure our project came out perfectly and to ensure we had a great customer experience. As a result, we now have absolutely stunning red oak flooring installed throughout our house that has made a huge difference in the way it looks and feels. “Ryan and his team completed our interior and exterior remodels in August. We are completely satisfied with the process: discussing a plan, providing an estimate, contract, progress of work, response to questions and concerns, help with design. The final results have made a huge impact on the appearance of our home and our enjoyment of it. We completely redid the fireplace, removing all the interior brick, bumping out the wall and putting in a beautiful electric fireplace. We love Ryans design for the fireplace surround. The TV mounting above the mantel was flawless. The crew also built a new pantry for us in our old furnace closet. Ryan's design was spot on again.The exterior, our house finally looks beautiful. No more wood siding and trim rotting and peeling. Ryan did a fantastic job designing the new exterior with stucco, bump outs and new windows. We are thrilled with the new looks inside and out. “Not enough space or words to describe how amazing this flooring company is. You'd think it was their own home the way Chuey and Jesus ( great name) treated us. In by 9 on Monday, saltillo and marble gone by Tuesday. The "plague ridden" carpet was ripped out and disposed of and brand new LVP placed perfectly along with new carpet in bedrooms. The boys moved all the furniture from room to room with care and concern. They cleaned up each day allowing us to stay in the house eliminating the necessity of a hotel room allowing pets.
