They doubled the fee for filing self-employed business. And they, without warning, raised the fee five times the amount to file a 1099 AFTER the work had already been done. When I asked why it went up five times they said I was getting a discount before. Little bit slimy if you ask me. There's plenty of options out there that are way better.

After many years of using Duffy Kruspodin & Co CPA to prepare our taxes we were suddenly discharged for missing a form about a price increase. How unprofessional. When I inquired I was told tough luck. Look elsewhere!

I am a medical doctor and used this firm, which promised a turn around time of 3 weeks to get forensic analysis of my income done for a divorce proceeding. After months of repeated calls with no answers, many emails, and $10000+ of billing, she finally gave me the report. Very greedy with outrageous billing tactics and creative accounting for the times spent on reviewing simple income information. I do not recommend using them.
