alison sorley atwood- unprofessional and questionable practices in her role as real estate agent (in this case- listing agent). For one, she did not even attend the property open house. Second, upon negotiations and the proceedings she misrepresented information several times and gave numerous false narratives, was disrespectful and condescending (along with the seller/owner of the property), and unprofessional towards a subjective third party Home Inspector (trying to circumvent the Inspector's recommendations of some very necessary fixes, including trying to get out of doing minimal health and safety fixes, that were not done until quite a bit of negotiation). I do not recommend her based on her questionable experiences we experienced. Next step may be a BBB complaint, which would be warranted

Our realtor, Stevie Howton, was AMAZING! We've known her as a friend for many years, and she stepped into our lives as a realtor when our landlord was selling our home. She was concerned as my friend and went beyond to help us find a home within our budget, explained everything, answered all questions, provided a timeline of events and when to expect things to be completed. She checked in on us to make sure we were getting documents, gave me some boxes, and when we opened and closed, provided champagne.
