i do not recommend using this firm. Not as long as Jessica "Jecka" St John is working there. She purposely did not disclose vital information. She was aware of there being no permits. She refuses to take any responsibility for her part. She received her commission for selling the house. And somehow it doesn't bother her that a young married couple in their 20's with two small children Who worked so hard to buy a home. Only to immediately have the home fall apart. water gushed through it. They have had to max out every credit card. Take out loans. Just to eat. Why won't companies and individuals stand for something anymore. They get their money and they just don't care. It's sad that the people that could make this better, don't. And I gave one star only because I have to. To post my review.

alison sorley atwood- unprofessional and questionable practices in her role as real estate agent (in this case- listing agent). For one, she did not even attend the property open house. Second, upon negotiations and the proceedings she misrepresented information several times and gave numerous false narratives, was disrespectful and condescending (along with the seller/owner of the property), and unprofessional towards a subjective third party Home Inspector (trying to circumvent the Inspector's recommendations of some very necessary fixes, including trying to get out of doing minimal health and safety fixes, that were not done until quite a bit of negotiation). I do not recommend her based on her questionable experiences we experienced. Next step may be a BBB complaint, which would be warranted

I'm not sure what kind of agents this brokerage hires but the one we dealt with, Shannon Hagen, represents the bottom of the barrel of all real estate agents. She represented the seller on one home we were interested but just from what our agent showed us of his interactions with her over text, call, email, we decided to take our all cash offer elsewhere. There's still plenty of homes out there for us. This home wasn't that great that I'd rather not deal with this lady. Incredibly unprofessional, moody, and probably difficult to work with to close a transaction. Meanwhile our agent was being very patient with her. I would never trust her to represent me as a buyer or seller just by how she treats her non clients.
