We recently completed the sale of our business after 13 years of hard work building it, and at the beginning of the process we met with the folks at California Business Advisors and were very impressed with their professionalism, experience, and the very thorough research that was done even before a contract discussion and potential costs were presented.We were talked out of using CBA's services by several parties involved in the deal who felt money could be saved by using only our own lawyers and accountants to manage the deal.
