Lindsey was so welcoming and accommodating. I haven’t had a deep tissue massage in years and it was much needed! She’s very skilled and has a relaxing energy. Her cute little shop/ wellness spa is located in a great area in Bird Rock. Go for a walk after your treatment and grab some breakfast if you have time!

Lindsey is so kind and very knowledgeable. She gave great recommendations for my facial and it was incredibly relaxing. I ended up booking a reiki appointment to come back a couple of hours later and 50 minutes felt like 20! I will definitely be back!

Been there last Thursday, one of the best massage therapy I have ever had, I came in stressed and exhausted and left walking on air, felt much like an intuitive massage, so relaxing that I almost fell asleep, thank you so much, definitely coming back and highly recommending
