“I have used this business a couple of times and I wish I didn't have to but glad they are open 24 hours bc when it's after 4/5pm and you can't find any vet clinic open let me tell you they come in handy. We've have dog emergencies here and 1 was fatal but unfortunately that was the best and most difficult decision we had to make. They are thorough, a bit pricey but what After hours clinic isn't now-a-days. The staff is ok some comments made during some customers arrival were somewhat negative and unwelcoming and unnecessary (I felt) because you are there obviously due to a situation going on with your pet. I continue and will continue to come here bc of their hours. I had my 2 year old toddler with me and am appreciative they do have a small play area for kids with some toys, and the reception gave her some crayons and book and that really helped bc we were there 4 hours. Over all I give them a 4 star.“

“My first visit here. I had a very good and thorough appointment. Short wait, very pleasant staff and Dr Black listened carefully and with that, proceeded with directed diagnostic plan. I finally have found a veterinarian practice that provides excellent care and doesn’t order $1500 of tests to rule everything out. Dr Blacks experience clearly shows and we are grateful.“

“These are very good people, young (compared to me), helpful, and helped me out of a real clutch when my dog/puppy got sick, and they took her in not only as a walk-in (I hadn't yet even gotten my dog an actual vet since I had just adopted her), but they were able to meet me that same morning, which is a combination of a walk-in and an appointment (there's a charge, but it's not much and it's expected), and they really love animals, there's a kind of family feeling there, a bunch of puppies were inside when I visited and you can tell they really know their customers as a kind of family, and they call the animals Fur Babies, which is really cute (there's a cat that basically helps work the front desk, very cute too)... in my case, the price was just what it should be for what's basically an emergency but, since an all-night Emergency ER referred them (to save money... my dog was in stable condition that night so they referred to this vet since it opens at 8am), it's of course much cheaper, as in, there's no getting around a situation when there is URGENCY with a sick dog, and many times there aren't too many choices but an overpriced EMERGENCY VET (like VCA, yikes)... but these people took care of that situation by being a lower-cost Urgent Care along with, of course, being an actual appointment-centered 8am to 7pm clinic... best of both worlds...“

“You never want to visit a veteranary hospital to have your kitty's eye removed. VEI understands that. The kindness that they showed to my cat and me was so lovely and so needed. They helped me make the best decision for my cat and feel good about my decision. He is recovering amazingly, which is the most important part. “I took our Cat Foxy here because she got attacked by a raccoon or possum and had a bad wound on her leg which got infected. The staff and doctor were so attentive to Foxy. Unfortunately we had to put our Sweet Foxy to sleep. The staff and doctors were so sweet, respectful to Foxy as well as to our family. I would recommend taking your animals here they will take very good care of them. Thank you to the Doctor and Staff.“

There are no appointments unless it’s a surgery but check ups, problems, vaccinations and everything else you go sign-in when they open, leave you name, number and how long it would take you to get there from home and they call you to come back. “All my dogs have seen Dr. Qadeer for 30 years now. He is very comfortable with animals and so compassionate. The doctor will go above and beyond for your animals. He stays up-to-date with medications and procedures, and is licensed to dispense veteranarian medications. The office is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, you could not find a better vet in Orange County to watch over your fur kids.“

“I loved this clinic staffing are great but the bad side of this clinic though they dont put a note by the door if their open or not.Sometimes I have to go and drive to check if their open because you end up calling almost half a day not knowing their closed.Hopefully they fix that.“
