The ladies that work here are really nice. We came in without an appointment and had lots of questions. My friend wanted her hair shampooed and styled. We just didn't know what style so the hairstylists gave their opinion and took out the styling books. We flipped through the books and looked at different styles to find what would look cute on my friend. We settled on a curled hairstyle with a braid to pull it back out of her face. It only took about 2 hours and both hairstylists worked on my friends hair since there was no other customers at the salon the whole time we were there. The ladies did a really good job. I noticed when we were asking for specific styles (ex the waterfall braids) they didn't seem to know how to do them. That's alright I mean not everyone is going to be able to do everything. But just be honest about it please. If you don't know how they just say it instead of trying to stir the person towards a different style. I didn't care for that much. But my friends hair came out beautifully!! She loved it and it held the entire day/night even with the heat and misters. The stylists seemed intimidated at first because my friend does have super thick and curly hair. And pretty long as well. So I don't know if they wanted to deal with her hair at first. But they managed pretty well. Good job!!
