From the moment I walked in, to getting vitals, to be seen by the doctor ..... 5 star review all the way around. Great friendly staff, easy to talk too, amazing experience. Dr. Katharine Carrasco was awesome, she was outstanding. Would definitely come back if needed too
Thank god for this place because I am able to go when the dreaded migraine hits and the oral meds aren't working. I like that you can check in ahead of time online and the website gives you an estimated wait time as well. The medical staff has been kind and welcoming. I've never had any issues and I appreciate how quickly and efficiently they treat patients to get us in and out.
There have been so many unfortunate reasons, injuries & illness when I have been to this urgent care. The waiting room is so large and usually empty when I have gone but the receptionist & Drs or Physician Assistants have been great. I would highly recommend this location but maybe I shouldn't because I like that it is always easy to get in and out.
