“5/20/24 I came here because my medical plan has this on its list which is high praise. I made an appt really easy. I was seen the same day. Shout out to Grace the dental tech that took my x-rays. The years of experience shows. Those can be uncomfortable. I've taken 3 sets of x-rays in 3 months so I can tell. I had a great talk with Dr Natalie Valdez. Love that personal touch. It was like speaking to a friend who really cared about the implications of the tough choice I had to make. Yep...extraction. Got me a referral to an oral surgeon and I'm waiting for that appt. Thanks to the whole staff. That's how you run a medical office. Found my dentist. Update: (5/24/24) After the referral to a really good surgeon, I'm back for the full exam. Today was a different dental tech. I sat for the whole work up. She used all the plastic clips and things. I felt like I was abducted by aliens and was on the table getting studied. She was really nice and she made sure to get all my teeth x-rayed. Some of them 3-4 times. I missed Grace, she had a smooth flow, she got it done in one shot each time. Dr Valdez came in and used the tools, you know the ones. Metal with sharp points , but she glided on the teeth so well I barely felt it. She was calling out numbers, I thought we were in math class doing algebra. 3,3,3,2,2,3. Before I knew it we were done. I don't know why people are scared of the dentist. You know if you brushed your teeth regularly and flossed. Just come find out what the damage is and get it fixed. Glad I didn't have cavities. Scheduled my cleaning fast and easy. I have to start a new job soon, so the receptionist worked with me, trying to find an available slot. (Ask & ye shall receive) If you have read this far then you know not ALL dental offices are this..."organized and thorough" I went to 2 other places and I didn't go back.“

“We brought our 2 year old here for overall wellness and consultation for his runny nose and cough (the constant battles moms have to face). I appreciate how kid friendly they are here. The herbal pediatrician and the receptionist are so kind and sweet. I found the consultation very insightful where she checked inside of his ears and nose. They offer wide range of herbal meds so it's really up to you on what you want to purchase. We decided to get the treatment that involves acupressure points, moxa & ear/nose/throat respiratory treatment for my son. We also bought the external medicine kit that includes nasal spray, nose ointment, and mouth spray + 5 days of herbal meds for his symptoms. I know that colds and flu are unavoidable, but we hope that treatments and herbal meds can relieve the symptoms~“

“Love going to Athena Acupuncture. It's so relaxing. Maria is great. If you're afraid of needles, no need to worry, you can't feel them when she puts them on your body. She told me that she would help me to regain my voice and she did. She suggested I try cupping to help relieve my stress and also helps to relax your muscles, boy was she right it helps so much.“

“Hand down, this location has the BEST doctors and staff!! Pros: Amazing staff and doctors. Super helpful, caring and genuinely kind people. They want to help you, which is so refreshing. Great bedside manner. They treat you like a human being. They take many different insurances. They do virtual visits. They make you feel welcomed. (Thank you!) I recommend to ALL my family and friends. Cons: You have to pay for parking after 20 minutes. It's not much ($3) it still kinda sucks that you have to pay... BUT I think it is still worth it for the care you receive.“

Anytime I've sensed something wrong in my son or had concerns/questions they have answered all and would refer me when necessary! Referrals always came quick, and were approved by insurance in 1-2 weeks . No complaints so far.“

“I've been bringing my boys Here for 6years now. I love how Doctor is so helpful with all my sons needs , she takes her time and makes sure to answer all my questions and my boys too. I have a 5 year old who has autism and Dr. Sultana as well as her staff are always so careful and caring with him. Tiffany is great my baby has a hard time with people but she always is so kind to him and always gets his injections done fast, it's always easy for me to call and and get my boys scheduled. I really appreciate Doctor Sultana and Tiffany for everything they do.“

“Dr. Grubbs is a great Dr. And was very helpful as well as his staff I was seen right away with my appointment even though Dr was a bit late. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.. To be honest idk how can people be so rude to someone that is trying to help them. I wouldn't put up with some of the rude sick people that come in and expect not to wait and demand to be seen right away.. I felt sorry for the poor receptionist she is always helpful with my kids and other people can be so rude. But overall they are always so helpful. Definitely recommend and they do walk ins.“

“Best doctors ever Mr. Kpaduwa delivered my two premature babies and my third one I had gestational diabetes. Wouldn't go anywhere else any other doctor would have said C-section for my premies but this dr understood heard me and developed the best plan of care for a safe quick regular delivery. My babies then received exceptional care by Mrs. Kpaduwa who continues to provide us with the best care. She is thorough and always gets the infections under control even after going to the hospital and them not getting it right. Thank you both for the high level of care. Annie is also the best always listens and goes through every question thoroughly. The ladies Anita and the rest of the nursing staff are also a pleasure. I am glad this office takes I'm walk ins makes it easier to get your children good quality care than to take them to urgent care and waste your money.
