I referred a family member and he enjoyed his massage with Abel. Andreas is a very gracious front desk staff. He does everything he possibly can do to make his customers happy. The office manager Savanna is really helpful as well.

I gave it a chance. I didn't post my bad experience on Yelp. Instead, I sent an email. That was three days ago. No response. I want to cancel my monthly membership. Can you help me with that?

I finally got a massage last week with a great therapist. My biggest compliant is the lack of transparency with their services. They failed to mentioned they do not know how to "work" their thermostat to a comfortable level (it felt it about 60 degrees in there ) and they no longer provide warmers for the massage table or warm blankets during the message. I want to give them business but not with the lack of disclosure. The manager didn't respond to my email until I sent out an email to corporate. If you're okay with getting a massage in the cold this is your covid place!
