Francisco did a great job cleaning out couch! We have a white couch that got messy bc of a toddler, baby and a dog. So there were food stains, slime, and smudges. Francisco deep cleaned it with professional, safe products and helped us bring our couch back to like-new quality! He is knowledgeable and gave tips how to keep it clean based on the fabric of the couch. He is responsive and on time. I got his contact from a referral and I would refer him to anyone looking for his type of service. Thank you Francisco!
This was my first time using Magical Steam. I have travertine floors, and after 11 years, I just couldn't get the grime out of the grout and surface. I was ready to convert to vinyl flooring. I found Francisco through Yelp. He responded immediately, answered my questions, and we set an appointment. He is very professional, took care to cover appliances, and went to work. Two hours later, he was done. I love the floors now. I should have called him a long time ago. Now, we will set an appointment with him to get our carpets cleaned! Thank you, Francisco!
My couches were heavily soiled due to having two pitbulls that had couch privileges for some time and now they look and smell soooo much better. Francisco was very friendly and honest. He did a great job!
