All I needed was some simple referrals and prescription refills since I had a change in insurance, and instead I was forced to attend a useless intake appointment where Dr. Varallo refused to answer any of my questions and was dismissive of my concerns. They never pick up the phone, an example we told them tgey never answer the calls to make an appointment and everyone unanimous said "omg we thought just us, you too" they give excuses to justify their mistakes there is no accountability on their part whatsoever. I now see why their reviews are bad... if you want a primery doctor that will make you feel like your important this location is not it. The doctors are great it's the front desk that needs to improve

The receptionist up front are so f’n rude. Who ever was there May 13th in the morning, ruined my entire day, just let her know no one ever answers the phone and proceeds to not care and talks to me very rudely. They need new people working here that are friendly and people who want to work, not people who are rude as hell. literally had to drive my way out 40 minutes to make an appointment because no one answers the phone. The assistants are very nice, professional and the physician Esther is as well so I have no problems with them.
