The guys are always extremely thorough and professional with a world of knowledge! When the employee from Clean Out Plumbing arrived, he was polite and highly competent. He told us exactly what he was going to be doing in order to remove the blockage in our house main line. Nathan first TV’d our main line, in which he was able to find and show us the root intrusion on the video causing the blockage. He then took his sonar and pointed out exactly where the blockage was down our driveway for our knowledge. He proceeded to hydro the line in order to cut the roots to relieve the blockage that was causing the back up into our bathrooms. Great customer service with a friendly and professional staff! The technicians were professional from start to finish, answered all of questions and explained every detail of their work. Bryant and his team did a wonderful job at replacing the entire drainage pipes. All work was professional and left every very clean afterwards. Also at less than half the price of another company that we had used in the past. No haggling, just a good honest price from the start. I highly recommend them.
