this company is terrible!!!! complete scam and scary individual coming into our home to rip off innocent women! wouldn't leave until we paid him after he upped the price by 300 dollars. complete joke!! do not trust this company!! run!!!

I'd give zero stars if possible. He filled my house with chimney soot. Spilled soot on my rug. The soot in the room was EVERYWHERE. Floors, furniture, everything on the walls including expensive art. He could care less about the mess he made. Horrible horrible company!!!

I should have checked reviews first! Beware of this company. The technician came out, talked to me into upgrading the cleaning. The cleaning was terrible. The technician didn't even move the sofa cushions so the areas where there was a spill and I needed cleaning, specifically down the inside arm and then on the other side of the cushion were not even touched. The top part of the cushion is slightly better but for $260 I would've expected a lot more. I contacted the company they always said the right things, setting up appointments to have it redone. However, the technician rescheduled twice and then ultimately was a no-show with no contact from him or the company.... read full review
