I was referred to Dr Kawada from a local doctor near us and we were willing to drive from El Segundo to see this amazing doctor. My son is autistic and has severe anxiety. It's been getting harder to go to the dentist because of his sound sensitivities and anxiousness to non routine days. We went to the surgery center down the street for my son to be put under anesthesia to do a check up and he had an extraction while there. The whole team was so wonderful from start to finish! After not being able to be accommodated at our primary dentist. We were referred by my husband sister to the chino hills location. However with the amount of work my daughter needed, the procedure is only done at the LA Habra location. I was very nervous for my daughter. But Esther is awesome she kept me posted all along the way. I wasn't brave enough to go the day of procedure but my husband said all the staff & doctor were very nice & informative. We found ourselves a new dental office & closer too.
We LOVE Dr. Kawada!! I can't express enough how grateful we are for her. My son Levi, did not have a good experience at another pediatric dentist, and we were referred to Center for Pediatric Dentistry and I'm so glad we were! Dr. Kawada is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and engages with her patients. My son just adores her! I wish I can give her more than 5 stars. She is truly a gem. With every appointment you wouldn't think my son was ever traumatized by the dental chair. Not only is she great, the staff is also amazing and so welcoming. I would definitely recommend Center for Pediatric Dentistry!
