I attended the Reformer Foundations class with Aaliyah as the instructor, and it was a fantastic foundations class getting used to the reformer. The class size was 7 people, which is very ideal in order for the instructor to help the students with proper form, placement, and cater to the student's individual needs. Aaliyah was very helpful to me and led a great class! I experienced a refreshing work out that also challenged my body in a positive way. The studio is very clean and well-kept. Towards the end of class, the instructor hands out individual cleaning wipes to sanitize the equipments used. I highly recommend this studio and to anyone interested in doing Pilates.
Wonderful! I attended the monthly Breathwork session on Friday night 1/19/24. Very professional staff. Clean, organized. Very accommodating of the students. Everything was explained and debfiefed at the end. The experience itself was very enriching. I will be back!
I've recently started going to this pilates studio and have had an amazing experience so far. I started with a private reformer pilates session with Rosalinda, and have done a couple group reformer classes since then. The classes are done at a very reasonable pace, and I say that as a brand new beginner :). I'm finding I love pilates because I don't feel exhausted after a class, but definitely "feel it" the next day, which tells me the classes really do something for me. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and now I look forward to classes after work each week!
