I had a rodent in my house and have a terrifying fear of rodents, and with nothing but total professionalism and care, the owner came to take care of the issue, and followed up to be sure all was ok. “CUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent customer service and communication! I contacted the company through Yelp to get a quote for a bee hive removal. Fernando responded promptly and answered any questions I had. It was easy to set up an appointment and they came out promptly!

COMPLETION OF JOB: There were two hives that needed to be removed. Fernando and his team used a thermal camera to locate the hives to see how big they were. They removed the hives and sealed the areas so bees would not return. They do not repair or paint. Fernando anticipated having to cut out a piece of the plywood/roof, and it was possible that a hole would be left behind, which would have to be patched by someone else. However, his team cut and was able to replace the plywood and seal it.

CLEANLINESS: The team arrived and prepped the area. After completion, the team swept and washed the area. I saw some residue honey/liquid and contacted Fernando and he sent a team member the same day to clean it!

PROFESSIONALISM: Fernando was prompt, polite, and provided me with his business license and liability insurance when requested (required for HOA to approve vendors).

“Josue did an amazing job. We used to have many rats, including ones making lots of scratching noises in the attic. Josue surveyed the exterior of our house thoroughly and found several holes where rats could potentially enter, holes that were missed by a different exterminator two years prior. After blocking them and setting traps, he returned weekly to further inspect his work and dispose of any rats caught in the traps. After about 3 weeks, we didn't have any more rats. It has been 4 months since then, and we haven't heard or seen a rat since.“

“Daniel and his term were AMAZING! We had a lot of termite damage to the interior and exterior of a home we just bought and we were completely taken care of. Daniel and his team came out and did an inspection of the house which helped us negotiate with the sellers in escrow. Titan came out as soon as we closed to tent the house and make repairs. They removed all of the damaged wood, replaced the wood and painted the areas of the house to perfection. “Reached out to Termike for a quote for termite treatment. Mike was quick to make an appointment, on time, and friendly. I was in need of three separate treatments/ fixes. One for dry wood termites, one for subterranean termites and one for wood repair due to termite damage. Got pricing from numerous termite companies. Termike's pricing was average for the termite treatments, but highly competitive for the wood repair. I decided to go with another termite vendor simply because their pricing was a bit more economical for the termite treatment. For the wood repair, I found a general contractor that was more competitive than Mike's price. Unfortunately, I had to do what was best for my budget. I definitely would have gone with this company if all the quotes came back at the same price. Mike seemed friendly, fair, and knowledgeable.“

“Larry was exceptional. His communication was consistent, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was relaxed around the wasp nest, and within 20 minutes had it entirely taken care of.

The next day some wasps were on the ground and dying. I messaged him about this, and he immediately replied, saying that was normal and could happen for a few days, but nothing to worry about.

I feel certain he’d come back out if the problem evolved again. Although it hasn’t!

“A swarm of bees had nested in the pepper tree that spreads over our patio, making it unusable. Jody came just a day of so after we called him, exterminated the nest, and filled the hole in the tree with foam so that it can't be used by future swarms.
