I was a little nervous about the cold plunge as it was my first time doing it, but Chris coached me through the process by explaining the benefits of it, showing me breathing techniques, and helping me stay in control of my mind throughout the 3 minutes I was in the tub. I absolutely loved the cold plunge and can’t wait to do it again. I do recommend that you bring a swimsuit or some clothes that you don’t mind getting wet for the tub, and a change of clothes to change into once you’ve showered!
