We had a wonderful experience with our floor installation. Jacques at the store gave us great advice and helped us choose a perfect matching floor. He was super nice, responsive and knowledgeable. Vahan came to give us an estimate and knew exactly what was going on with our floors, which included an unlevel floor due to a previous addition added onto the house. He was on time and discussed various options we could take and how complicated and expensive they would be, and ultimately helped us choose the right option. We had a wonderful experience with our floor installation. Art (at the store) gave us great advice and helped us choose a wonderful floor! He was super nice, responsive and knowledgeable. Vahan came to give us an estimate and knew exactly what was going on with our floors (layers put by previous owners). He has so much experience! We were also really happy with the installation team who were quick, professional and precise. Most importantly the price was very reasonable and competitive!
I had a seamless experience with this company from the start. Art was very informative and professional and helped me decide on the best floors for me. The installers were great, very mindful and helpful and polite. They worked hard and long days. I couldn't be happier from start to finish with this company. I truly recommend them.
