“John Thompson, David Thompson and the whole team gave me rates for a new purchase of a triplex. The rates were better than the two other companies I was looking at. I thought I could beat the system and work an owner occupied situation that would've saved me $200 per month. “Yes, I did it again! I had refinanced my home in August and I also accomplished something I had been putting off for years. I put my daughter on the title.
