He came personally to my studio and spent a lot of time explaining my options, and was clearly very concerned with doing the best job possible. “If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would!!! I had to unexpectedly replace 10 yr. old sheet vinyl flooring in excellent condition sheet after replacing internal sewer. The pattern was no longer available anywhere! I was a crazy woman. Indecisive, frustrated, confused, overthinking, and dealing with family in the hospital. Joe was patient, kind, supportive and helpful being beyond reason. I may have fired me myself, but he was a true professional educated me, helped me find flooring that looked almost identical to what we were replacing, sent me, Carlos and Carlos the installers who were both also beyond amazing ordered the carpet got me a great price and warranty with the best pet proof padding on the market. I cannot express enough how much I would refer this business, professionally pricewise, accommodating, and in a timely manner got the job done.“
