“EMINS is absolutely my new go-to if I ever have HVAC issues, and will be the first company I recommend to family and friends.We had an issue with heat not coming out in our unit and received services from another company to fix this. After paying the other company, the issue persisted and we were told we need to buy a new AC (which would be $10k+!). We called Emin's for a second opinion, and even before seeing the equipment, the phone operator Marie diagnosed the issue and said we likely would not need a new AC. Emin and Ed came by the next day and they fixed the issue in an hour (for under $1k, a FRACTION of what we were told we would have to pay). “I run the kitchen at a local chocolate company. We have an unusual piece of machinery used in confectionary work called a Firemixer that most companies I called told me they couldn't work with. It stopped functioning last week which stopped our production completely. I called another repair company I found here first. They came out to asses the situation but couldn't come back to do the repairs until multiple days later. This wasn't acceptable as we had deadlines to hit. I found A&E the next day and they were quick to co e out, assessed the situation and came to a different conclusion that required a new part. We called the manufacturer and had it shipped overnight. A&E were able to come right back out the next day and has up back up and running a few hours after the part came in.Will continue to call them for our repair needs in future.“

“I was very happy with the service I received. The technician was able to come out within a day of my call. He arrived in the window of time I chose. He was friendly and experienced. Luckily my washer didn’t need anything major but he showed me some functions on my machine, told me to put smaller loads and cleaned out the jets.
