Called AAA to schedule a 200 mile, 24hrs in advance, with Express Tow. ETA 11:43am, received a call from Hector, WORST customer service. Was told if I wasn't ready by 10:30am he wouldn't make the tow. Called Kingsburg Tow and Ivan pulled through. Last minute, 227 mile tow, Johnny on the spot. BEST customer service I've had!! Thank you Ivan for not leaving me stranded. Stand up guy! Love me some Ivan!!
From the bay area got stuck on side of freeway Easter Sunday. Tire shredded and my mini cooper did not come with a spare. Nothing was open and we were not familiar with area. The lady who answered phone was kind and empathetic. She attempted to call and locate places open that my car could be towed and the tow truck came in under 30 mins, which is not bad for a holiday! The driver was friendly and got us to our destination safely! Thank you for making a stressful situation less hectic. Highly recommend!
A big shout out to Kingsburg towing!! They are my heroes! I had a flat tire on the freeway on the bridge in my moving truck… Semi’s were passing me like crazy and it was a very scary situation!
