I believe my wife may have posted but I cannot find the post. If I could give negative stars I would. The company was hired for snow removal on my roof last winter. The snow removal was fine. The next day I had a roofer out to find and repair a leak in my roof - the reason I called reliable was to clear snow to find the leak. It is important to note that the roof was installed in 2019 and nobody had been on the roof since the original installation. It is also important to note that we selected reliable because they were licensed bonded and insured and felt confident that they would stand by any work they performed. Kristy and team at Reliable Services are incredible! I was in a situation where our cleaners had accidentally took out our dining room light fixture a few hours before guests were checking in. However, Kristy was super responsive and able to quickly find a nearby handyman who could swing by to fix it in a timely manner before they arrived.Their work was priced exactly as quoted, and their invoice was sent the following day with included photos and details.
