(Ahhh, no... this was not what we talked about and not why I called you). I sent them packing and wasted a day of my life that I won't get back- "Ugh". We have had problems with our leaking roof for seven years- having it redone by a company that said they would make good on their promise, well, seven times in seven years- they DID NOT GET IT DONE. I consulted with Micheal Suh on figuring out how to go about getting our roof fixed. He actually listened and worked with me to take hash out what was going to be our best approach. He ended up putting in a new ridgeline (*something that did not exist before) and secured our cement tile roofing on top of a quality underlayment- as it should have been done in the first place. This turned out to the correct method and approach. ONE TIME, One and Done, Micheal fixed our roof the first time! He and his crew proceeded to mortal all the seams and put together a solution for an overhanging roof section (it's a stepped down design, where parts of the roof overhang the next stepped down section of the house), and a very large sky light (approx. 5ft x 5ft). He worked with me on the scope and budget of my project, taking care of what I needed. I can't say enough good stuff..., I waited a year to write this because you can't really say something has worked until it's been road tested. Call Micheal... that's all I can say.
