Called Jim, owner, this morning & scheduled an appointment for this afternoon to evaluate a non-working furnace. Jim showed up on time & diagnosed the issue within minutes. He also had the part in his truck & repaired it promptly. The furnace was located in a tight space in the attic yet Jim didn't complain & handled it without any issues. Locally owned & family operated. I would definitely hire Jim again for any future Home Heating and/or A/C repairs or new installations!
