OMG! It's 2023 and I just witnessed the most AMAZING commercial ever for Kerman Mobile Homes Inc. The spokesperson, JR Gonzalez has a glorious late 80s mullet. The videography is on par with what I did in high school radio/tv production in 1988. The soundtrack is pure 80s Kenny G smooth jazz/sassy sax. If you don't buy a mobile home from these folks you are CRAZY! Just ignore the obvious meth production, crack heads and gangbangers that will be hovering around. Trump would be proud of this company!
We greatly enjoyed working with the people here. Tim was incredibly friendly, very easy to reach, and super personable. They helped us with all the appointments, permits, and contractors. We're about 5 months into our new home, and we're far happier with it than with any "Traditional" home we've lived in before.
