“After my childhood dentist passed unexpectedly, I was apprehensive about seeing anyone else. I have been with Dr. Osendorf's practice ever since. The office is inviting & modern, the staff friendly and conscientious. My hygienists have been skilled and adjust techniques to my preferences, we ask about each other's families, and going for routine cleanings is something I actually look forward to. Front desk staff deals with insurance red tape flawlessly. Dr. Osendorf explains treatments thoroughly, understands patient's individual financial constraints, and offers realistic timelines. (i.e-"This filling will probably need a crown in the next few years, but we can wait for now.") When I've had dental emergencies, the office has gotten me in for an exam ASAP, and when I really needed timely intervention, Dr. Osendorf even came in solo on a weekend to give me an x-ray and an emergency referral to an endodontist. I have never been happier with a provider, and can't recommend them enough.“
