289 Arlington Ave, Kensington“I had the 2hour massage. Notbad, but I think a massage therapist could do the job, and more thoroughly in less time. Would go back-nice people (although language a problem), no wait, clean, soft music- but not for 2 hours.“
“I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain for the past 3 weeks. Not only was Nehal able to set it right so I could turn my head again but also let me know where my body needed more attention and where I had knots and tightness by just feeling my back.“

425 Military E Suite F, Benicia“I had a Thai Therapeutic Massage because my shoulders and upper back were so tight I could barely turn my neck or move my shoulders. I've never had an experience like this, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was referred here. Note, I myself am also a certified massage therapist, so I usually am pretty hard to please when receiving massages because I know what to expect and what they are skipping... but, this was unlike anything I've ever experienced. The place was clean, the therapist was very professional, and quiet. She always checked in and asked how is the pressure. She gave me an assessment and feedback after my massage on how to help my problem areas. Now, the massage.. It was definitely therapeutic! She walked all over my body, stretching my muscles. It actually was quite painful sometimes but that's because I am out of shape and was in pain. She eased up when I said it was too much. All and all, I slept afterwards for 2 days... and my shoulder and back pain are gone!! It worked. Thank you. Highly recommend for pain relief!“

This is my first time getting a Thai massage and I loved it but I’ll be back really soon and it was just what I needed. I was in pain requesting an appointment and got in the next day. Thank you Jessy. I can’t wait till next time.“

Akasha is a skilled practitioner who is both gentle and firm. She’s got excellent technique and skills. I can reliably count on a visit with Akasha as an effective aid in pain relief. I enjoy Akasha’s presence. We have a good rapport . Give yourself a gift and check her out.“

I love the fact that they offer packages where you can buy 3 at a time, or more, and get a really good price on adjustments. Likewise with massages.“

2831 Seventh St, Berkeley“I'm so incredibly grateful I found Jules and her beautiful space in Berkeley. I've been to countless number of acupuncturists and no one has been able to truly address all of my needs -- both physical and mental. Jules is warm, welcoming, compassionate, caring -- really the list goes on and on. I highly recommend her for all that ails you, plus so much more.“

1650 Park St, Alameda“We booked a day with two massage therapists with Sowa/Kneon Wellness to treat our teachers and staff during Educator Appreciation Week. They were very helpful and patient with me as we had a lot of logistics to work out. I also found their rates to be very reasonable. Day of the massages, the therapists both arrived on time to set up. Both were very friendly and gave amazing chair massages. They made many teachers happy that day. It was a big hit! I know that if/when we book massages for our teachers again, we will be using Kneon Wellness.“

1630 Polk St, San Francisco“Have been going to this gym over a year now. Love how it is never too crowded, staff always friendly, and good music. It’s clean & I already think it’s awesome, even more awesome: they are remodeling the entire gym this month!!! I’m so excited. The gym manager Daniel is great and helped me sign up last year - very glad I joined Live Fit! Love my Polk st location.“

3409 Grand Ave #5, Oakland“Dr. Sandy is a lifesaver. My back was killing me for a good six months. After my first visit with Sandy, my pain went from a consistent 8 or 9, to an occasional 1 or 2. He spent more time with me than most chiropractors, doing soft tissue work in addition to adjustments. He's warm and relatable. I've already recommended him to 3 friends!“

2501 Harrison St, Oakland“Ed has been incredibly helpful for addressing issues on my posterior chain. His knowledge and experience has opened my eyes for someone who’s never received massage therapy treatment prior to meeting him. Some context - I grew up as a year-round competitive swimmer throughout my life that later transitioned to weigh lifting 4-5 times a week. I developed a lot of tension and stiffness in my hamstrings, lower back, neck, and traps. After my first session with Ed, I can already feel an incredible difference with my muscles loosened up and pain alleviated. He was professional the entire process. Before ironing me out, he gave me an assessment and asked of any particular pain and discomfort. His approach to understanding my daily routine, exercise, and history of injury only further helped to treat my body.During the massage therapy, Ed made sure I was well within my pain tolerance without sacrificing my need for deep tissue treatment. That was a huge plus for me. He also made sure to not only explain what he was treating and why, but also educated me on how I can prevent my posterior chain stiffness.A humble, knowledgeable, and professional guy who will get the job done. I’m definitely looking forward to future treatments and I know that these sessions will directly translate to my overall health and well-being.“
“I love Yoga Kula - every time I visit the Bay Area I make sure to take some classes here. This place oozes authenticity, inclusiveness and relaxation. The teachers are great and offer a varied selection of classes. I am so grateful that I came across this gem and long-time Berkeley yoga haven many years ago - I have never found a place quite like it. ????“

1769 Folsom St, San Francisco“Had an amazing massage here. Was visiting from LA for work and I had an hour window before heading to the airport. They were so accommodating and got me in right away for a Swedish massage with oil, making sure I got the 20% off first-time discount. The place is super clean and quiet. I wanted something really relaxing and not painful (I’m a wuss with deep tissue) but also had some tightness in my upper back, neck and hips/IT bands. My wonderful masseuse listened to my concerns and focused skillfully on these areas, slowly and carefully releasing the knots without any pain. I felt very taken care of and never in fear of it hurting. I was close to falling asleep. I will be coming back here the next time I work in SF!“

1611 San Pablo Ave Suite 9, Berkeley“What an uncomfortable but amazing experience. I had previously had an appointment and it did not work for me. However, I scheduled another appointment with another person, and it worked. I cannot stress enough how life changing this experience was. I have always had trouble with digestive issues. But I felt like the person I had this time was so extremely helpful and able to guide me through the entire process. Not mention that she was extremely delicate and patient. Will def be back and thinking about doing it more often.“

Fanny is very knowledgeable and professional, and also so gentle, calm and nurturing. She always follows up to check on how I’m doing afterwards.
Her office is clean and inviting. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment because it’s such a relaxing experience, and my skin is looking progressively healthier after each visit!
Thank you Fanny! So happy I found you!“
“Eugenia speaks the language of tissues, of muscles, of bodies. She is the first person I have found that has been able to create lasting effects in loosening my tensions and bringing a balance to my body. Her work is much more than physical, it is subtle, and I think this is what makes it so special. She understands the multi-layered aspects to a body, and gives the subtle body attention and care. There is so much listening happening between her and my tissues, I feel that if I talk, I am sometimes interrupting hahaha!I leave her studio feeling like I just left a cocoon; revitalized, accepting, and attuned to my body.Edit: it’s been about over a year since I last saw Eugenia, but I continue to use her attunement lessons in my life.“
