We made one emergency call after another as plumbing catastrophes occurred. Anam took every call and provided prompt, effective emergency service every time. Once things settled down, we called Anam about actual improvements in our plumbing, and he hasn't disappointed us. This is a plumbing company grounded in excellent values and very high levels of professional competence. If you need help with your plumbing, this is the company to hire. Expect delight.
I can't say enough good things about Fuze Fitness in Kensington. I've always struggled to keep a regular exercise schedule and in my middle age, that failure really began to take its toll. I joined Fuze about 6 months ago and have lost a significant amount of weight, and more importantly have gotten much stronger. It has been a very positive experience. It is a super supportive environment and very straightforward process. I gulped at spending the money when I first started, but honestly, this money is well-spent, as it has actually worked to keep my body and mind healthy. This is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone.
I had the 2hour massage. Notbad, but I think a massage therapist could do the job, and more thoroughly in less time. Would go back-nice people (although language a problem), no wait, clean, soft music- but not for 2 hours.

I love working with Megan from CCFM. As a retired healthcare provider it is wonderful to work with someone who is so bright, competent, and compassionate. I don't have complicated health issues but my husband and daughter do. CCFM has been a life saver for them. I have found their system daunting at times but well worth it. It has allowed us to have top quality, holistic, health care in very rural settings.
