We were interested in buying a new little home in Kelseyville. We had great response and service from Rene at Aardvark. I was really surprised at the bad reviews. I found them to be efficient, timely, and professional. They came and did our home inspection and we weren't even there. The report was sent the next day with pictures and detailed descriptions. I would highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Creates issues that aren't there and then charges outrageous prices to fix it. If you don't use them to fix your issues then they won't sign you off. You should be able to hire who you want to complete repairs without having to worry they will fail your inspection.

Highly recommend! My husband and I have worked with Aardvark multiple times and wouldn’t use anyone else. We have always received prompt and thorough service with a smile. Reports have been very detailed both on paper and directly from the inspector. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure that we feel secure and satisfied with their work. Great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable!
