We had an issue with our upstairs furnace not turning on. Scott was able to come to us same day to assess the problem. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was incredibly honest. He pointed out the issues and explained everything down to the operations and safety of the system (that a layperson like me was able to understand). I initially reached out to this company based off of their reviews and it is clear that their reputation proceeds them. Scott stands by his word and his work, and he has earned a lifelong customer. Scott redid our entire hvac system including adding returns in almost every room. Temperature upstairs is just as cold as downstairs in the summer. Energy consumption dropped drastically and air is crisp and fresh. My kid and I who have allergies hasn't been sneezing either. Very happy with the service and outcome.
