I would definitely recommend F.M Pool Construction to anyone looking into getting a pool built! First, Brian was the first person I spoke to and met. I gave him a few pictures of what we wanted in our pool and the surrounding areas and he put it all together!! My husband didn’t want to look any further, but I never go with the first company with any big purchase. I like to see my options. We had about 6 other pool builders (designers) come out, but Brian sold us with his design and his great customer service!! Brian always replied to my texts/phone calls within a timely manner. Any changes I had, he did it and also gave some of his knowledgeable input. The price was right, the design was perfect, and the customer service was phenomenal!! Once we started construction, we were no longer in Brian’s hands. We were now in the hands of Fernando (The owner). He took care of the construction part from start to finish! They started digging in April 27th and our pool was filled with water on July 22nd. They finished with 3 months as promised on our contract! Even weeks after our pool has been completed, I will text Fernando with questions about our pool and he always replies back. I have heard a lot of horror stories about pool builders, but F.M Pools is one of the best out there!!! I have referred them to several friends and family members already!! You don’t want to go with a franchise company because they overbook and it will take your pool a lot longer to be finished then a non-franchise company! Don’t look any further……this is the company to go with!! Even the city inspector said he would refer them if he saw the homeowners before they chose a pool builder. Unfortunately, the inspector comes after you sign the contract. Haha! Thanks again Brian, Fernando and all the workers!!! You guys are the best!!! I’ve attached before and after pictures. Fernando and his crew were awesome. From start to finish was 6 weeks. Pool planning is not easy! Fernando always had the patience whenever I changed up something and he would change it and my pool is beautiful.
This company has a great staff and wonderful customer service all of my questions were answered and I feel more confident about the process of having a custom pool built in my home.
