I've had my fair share of service people at my various homes but this experience was much different. Hands down the best experience I've ever had. Jacob is quite the book of knowledge and had a great way of explaining it so I could follow along. Not only did I get an education on my furnace and how it operates, but also about the way it was installed, the current issues with the ductwork, and what I should or shouldn't spend my money on for corrections.
