Jan was so kind and gentle with myfur baby. She had me hold my baby while she clipped her nails, which I appreciate since we’re new clients. My baby was not stressed out at all since I held her during the clipping, instead of just leaving her there. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. She’s pretty quick also. I will come back with my other fussy fur baby next time.

Brought our older Lab in for a nail trim. She was very accommodating and came out to our vehicle to complete the nail trimming which was done quickly and efficiently. I especially liked that she seemed to care about our senior dog's overall health. We will continue to use her services in the future.

I have been taking my dogs to Jan every four weeks for the last five years and find her to be conscientious and caring, not to mention an excellent groomer. Her requirement that all her clients must provide proof of current vaccines is as it should be.
