“Ray and his crew did a wonderful job on my new roof on my rental house. He was easy to communicate with and he sent me photos on the progress. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He commenced on time and completed the job as promised and even moved the date up and came on Saturday due to the unexpected and critical Hurricane Hilary which struck on Sunday which was a hugh relief and allowed me to sleep at night knowing my Tenants would be safe. His price was very good and beat out the competition. I had to wait to find out how much the lumber charge for damaged lumber would be and found his price was good. He even picked a nice color flashing for the facia. He did a great job on the garage facia that had become a problem and it looks very nice. I will definitely give Ray a call when it is time to reroof my son's house which he recently purchased. Ray was accommodating when I wanted to upgrade the roofing shingle to another manufacturer which was on back order and had to rescedule and wait for the product to arrive rather than try to talk me out of it and move forward with what he had available. That to me is customer service at it's best.“

“When the rains hit in 2023 we saw a tremendous amount of water accumulating in our garage. Inside our home we also saw a small leak in the roof and wanted to get that repaired before the California rainy winter began again. Gave Victor a call and he came out that week to inspect and assess our needs. Obviously with the unusual amount of rain there have been many requests for roof repair, so Victor's quote took a couple of weeks to return. His inspection revealed several areas we did not know of...cracked roof tiles and the need to seal up some of the piping on the roof. Within two months of the assessment, Victor had his crew of three responsible and professional men come to repair the areas with tile we had waiting behind our garage. In three hours they were done and explained to me what they had found, and the number of tiles that were needed for replacement. We have used Victor over the 25 years we have lived here and I'm so grateful he is still taking care of the community. He is a very professional and classy guy and we trust him and his crew completely. Don't hesitate to give Victor a call.“

Not answer we wanted hear, but with threat of rain in the forecast we said let's do it. The crew came out put protective plastic over problem area and within a week work started. They completed the job in four days. The were very professional, paid attention to little details and cleaned up every day. We received over 6" of rain the week following their installation. We are very satisfied with CCS and would highly recommend them“
