“So, again it was Jeremy to the rescue with my water heater! Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly! Just so nice to know he's there when I need rescuing again!!“

“Miguel from Service Squad was very professional and on time. Our shower was not regulating the water temperature correctly. Miguel diagnosed our issue right away and provided his quote promptly. The pricing was fair and the work was done next day very quickly by Samuel. We also had him replaced our emergency water shut off valve as it was very old. I will definitely use them in the future.“

He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time.
