“Had to come here for a worker’s comp incident and WOW I was impressed by the service here! I was checked in fast which can be very uncommon as a walk-in esp when there’s a lot of other patients waiting. The staff really comes above and beyond to take care of you; the receptionist offered water for my coughing, the med assistants kept making sure I was ok bc I don’t do well with bloodwork and they were very empathetic..and Dr. Russell was very caring and extremely thorough with explaining and checking out my injury. Normally I am used to waiting for hours and feeling rushed at these type of health centers but the service here was so professional and warm thank you!!“

“I have to come here for DOT physicals. Every time it's totally packed and they say 3-4 hour wait. They seem to get all the patients seen in a timely manner. The staff are very patient and keep a smile. It would help if they could call your cell phone as you wait in your car especially when there is no seating.“

“Working wit Select Physical Therapy in Monrovia has been great. I had called around to at least 5 or 6 different PT places in the area and either did not get a reply back to a message left or was told they are understaffed and had a wait list of 3 months or was faced with "we don't take insurance and our first session is $300 and we can give you a code for you to take care of insurance." My first call with Select was great, Lisa, was informative and helpful. It took a few weeks to get in but not 3 months! They sent me paperwork via email and it helped to have that taken care of beforehand. I was greeted with a very nice receptionist and the check-in went smoothly. My PT is Hannah Encinias who is so great and so knowledgable. We are working with Mark who is in training and he is equally nice and really making sure he does a great job. Hannah set up my weekly appointments, made it so easy for me! During the session Hannah is there with him the whole time and checking what he tells me and she's also looking at my form and asking me questions about my injury. I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of rehabilitation.“

“AIM Physical Therapy is not like most P.T. providers. When you go to AIM for treatment you are going to get one hour of undivided attention from Dr. Justin Chuck, including diagnosis, hands-on therapy, exercise, stretching, and mobility work. The business model of every P.T. I have ever been to involves a limited amount of actual attention from the licensed therapist, then a longer period of exercise, stretches, etc, working with the therapist's assistant or assistants. This allows the therapist to see several patients an hour while having a lot, or usually, the majority of the actual work done by lower-paid assistants working under the therapist's supervision. Not Justin. As I said, he will work with you personally for the entire appointment. He was able to make progress in 2 visits on a shoulder condition that had steadily worsened. for a couple of years. I had previously seen a physician and two different P.T.'s, with not only no improvement, but steady worsening of the condition. I am finally feeling like I am seeing someone who is going to restore some real function to my shoulder, and if I develop any other condition, he is the first person I plan to see. I couldn't recommend him more sincerely.“
