Lost my shirts. No consideration received after 3 months and multiple discussions. Customer service person is inattentive and unfriendly. Owner called to "make it right" but required receipts and would offer only a percentage of the clothing cost in the form of a store credit. Who keeps receipts for clothing after a few months of wear? It wasn't a good faith offer in my opinion. We were customers for 30 years.

I had a vintage fabric jewelry box cleaned and when I returned to claim it, I was handed a stapled shopping bag with my item inside. Fortunately, I examined the box while walking to my car and sadly discovered that the ribbon attached to the inside that holds the top open was cut and there was obvious damage to a rear folded edge which resulted in an incomplete and skewed closure of the lid. I returned to the store immediately and presented the damaged item to ask for an explanation and express my dismay at the discourtesy and dishonesty of withholding the news of the damage that occurred while it was in the possession of this dry cleaning establishment. Their service is OK, but they are a rip off. For one shirt you pay $4.95, for two shirts you pay $3.95. Even if you come every week to give one or two shirts. They should rethink their money making strategy. This is not a complicated business to have some basics right.
