The technician was fantastic. The front desk lady was efficient but could have been a little more friendly and smiled. The place was clean. The care was great. They set me up in the MRI and I was very comfortable. The contrast was put in quickly. Everybody in the back like the technician and the assistant smiled and were kind and answered my questions. It was a way better experience than I was expecting because I was afraid to go. But once I got there there was no fear at all. Everybody was so kind .
My experience with Wave Imaging, RadNet, and the entire organization they reside under was truly horrible, disappointing, disheartening, and unbelievable after I had an MRI completed there. I absolutely will not be returning to any of their centers for my imaging and testing needs. They proceeded to call and schedule an MRI of a completely different portion of my body four different times with four different schedulers over the course of 1.5 days. After clearly stating that there are no new orders from my provider and indicating that I just had an MRI at their center I had to explicitly ask them to stop calling. The issue that was causing them to call all of the times was because their back office miscatergorized and did not read the order correctly. Imagine receiving an MRI order from your provider for imaging of your head and their office read it, coded it, and were attempting to schedule an MRI for your foot. This is the level of unprofessionalism and incompetency I am trying to convey. Their timeline for delivery of the MRI report constantly evolved for the worse from 3 - 5, 5 - 7, to ultimately 10+ business days. This inconsistent communication has led me to stop going to their centers for my imaging needs. Their office suffers from an inherently broken business process. Never in my 30 years of having relatively complex medical issues have I had an experience with an imaging center. Again, I will not be returning to Wave Imaging, RadNet, or any of their centers for my future imaging needs. If I could leave zero stars here in this platform, I truly would.
This company needs to get their act together. I have scheduled 2 appointments and both times I got canceled on a few hours before. If you have a choice, choose another imaging center.
