I personally am one of those "weird" people that love going to the dentist. This place was recommended to us by my husbands business partner. I've been twice so far and great experience with both the staff and dentist. My first appt I ended up having our old insurance card. I was flustered and embarrassed but the front desk personnel was so kind and helpful. They made calls for me and helped me work it out and never made me feel like I would have to stay and "earn a days pay" to cover my services if I couldn't produce the correct insurance ;) Definitely plan on going back for my yearly cleanings!!!

Always a great experience at DR. Gouvion's from the front desk to all personnel. I never feel like I am getting the hard sell on cracked teeth, etc. like some other dentist we went to before Dr. Gouvion.

I have been seeing Dr. Gouvion for several years, having moved to Orange County from Boston. I am in the healthcare industry as well, and cannot provide enough praise for Dr. Gouvion and his staff. From the beginning, my patient experience has been tremendous at this dental practice. The front desk staff is warm, friendly, and professional. Dr. Gouvion is incredibly experienced, calming, clear in his diagnostic and treatment processes, and has a wonderful sense of humor. The hygienist who does my cleanings (Chris) is diligent, educational, and supportive. Scheduling and billing processes are clear and transparent -- never any surprises. I have lived in several major cities in the country in the last 15 or so years, needing a new dentist in each location, and Dr. Gouvion is by far the most outstanding.
