Called Vortex to service a couple of our Automatic Roll-Up Doors. Shawn and Virgilio, came out to work on the problem, they installed a couple of external Receivers for the remotes. Our shop door was stuck open. The technician Uriel was on time and very professional. He knew the problem right away and had the door closed not long after he arrived. He also had some good recommendations to keep our old door working for as long as possible. Measurements were taken as well in case we were to replace the door
