I can't say enough about this company. My dad has been in and out of the hospitals for the past 8 months and after his initial discharge, we were assigned to a care provider based in L.A. by the care facility. They were always either late or miss the appointments and my Dad situation got worse under their care to a point that had to go back to the hospital. By chance and through a 3rd party, I was referred to this company. After switching to Unified Care, I could not believe the difference between the service they offered compared to the previous one. I’m very satisfied with unified care provider.I googled for a home health care in Irvine, UCP came up first and I gave it a try for my granddad.They help with pt appointment at his house and we were very satisfied with the service.The nurse has been amazing and astonishing taking care of my grandfather.Thank you

UCP provided excellent care for my mother. Their nurses, physical therapists, and home health aides worked with compassion and due diligence until they were sure that my mother was better. If I had to, I would definitely use their services again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs their care.
