This is genuinely the worse health service I’ve ever had the PLEASURE to experience. I’ve had about 9 bad experiences here and it took months for me to get the treatment i needed.There were three occasions where the doctors themselves no showed on me, forcing me to reschedule the day of. Their insurance department is unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I called to change providers and TINA was extremely impatient and short with me. It's a wonder that she's still here. If you hate your job, do us all a favor and QUIT for the love of God. And whoever is in charge, please train your employees better because this is completely unacceptable.Other than that, I have never had any issues with anyone else. The nurses and doctors are extremely kind and the facility is nice and clean. I got all my vaccinations and check-ups done here and everything was covered by UCSHIP :)

Very average service. They know that the students will end up going there for saving time from commuting other places. During my chiropractic appointments 60% -90% time was killed by their same set of questions again and again, and this happened multiple times. after 25 min of Q&A they shamelessly say- as we don't have much time now, I'll show you how to exercise and self-treat yourself in 2 min!! --- What a nice treatment!!
