We usually get three estimates and go with the middle price. This time we went with the most expensive and it was definitely the best decision. The team is like a well rehearsed orchestra; string section, woodwinds, and brass. Each day a specialized group arrived well prepared for the task at hand. It was a pleasure to watch. Two years later there are no waves, cracks, or leaks in the drywall. Finished on time and on budget. It was a complete pleasure.

From start to finish, TLC was professional, understanding, and fast. Met both of the owners through the estimation process and they were both very knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous. They gave their thoughts on what may be the best layout for the loft, as well as considering our thoughts on how we wanted it to look.Once we signed the contract, we worked with Sebastian who was amazing.
